These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and services provided by Mado Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including Gomi Guide. By using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You may not share your account with others
- You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings
Subscriptions
Some features (such as Gomi Guide Pro) are available through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased via Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Subscription Settings
- All subscriptions are governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is the binding terms for the in-app purchase
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our apps for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to access the service in a way that exceeds normal use
- Submit harmful, abusive, or misleading content (including in scan feedback)
- Interfere with the security or operation of the service
AI Sorting Accuracy
Gomi Guide uses AI to assist with garbage sorting. While we work to make recommendations accurate, sorting rules vary by municipality and can change over time. Our recommendations are guidance, not authoritative rulings. Always defer to your local government's official rules when in doubt. We are not liable for incorrect sorting based on app guidance.
Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, code, and design belongs to Mado Digital LLC. You may use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Disclaimers
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mado Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app or email notice.
